An interface that allows users to explore Wikipedia articles by geolocation. It also raises the question of who has access to which articles depending on the language it was written in. It also shows that the size of the same article and vary drastically from one language to another. One more important criterion is the number of views especially in a country with conflict.
How do national and international events influence the number of views of certain articles?
For example, the article entitled “ABC Group” experienced a peak of views on Friday 19 October 2012 because of the unfortunate bombing in Sassine Ashrafieh, near ABC Mall. This project remains an exploration and a work in progress.
